City Autobahn Used Vehicle Return Policy
To be eligible for a return, the used vehicle must be returned within 7 days of purchase and have fewer than 1,000 km driven. Vehicles that have been damaged or modified are not eligible for return.
Upon return, City Autobahn will inspect the vehicle to determine its eligibility for return. If the vehicle is found to be in violation of the conditions outlined in this policy, City Autobahn may reject the return and the customer will be responsible for any costs associated with restoring the vehicle to its original condition.
If the return is accepted, City Autobahn will provide a full refund for the purchase price of the vehicle, minus a $500 processing fee. The refund will be made to the original form of payment used for the purchase.
Upon return, the customer must transfer ownership of the vehicle back to City Autobahn. This includes returning the vehicle’s keys and any documentation related to the vehicle’s ownership, such as registration and insurance papers.
The customer remains responsible for the vehicle until ownership is transferred back to City Autobahn. This includes ensuring that the vehicle is properly registered and insured, and taking all necessary steps to prevent theft or damage to the vehicle.
