CITY AUTOBAHN COMPANY POLICY

INTRODUCTION:

At City Autobahn, we take pride in our commitment to maintaining a workplace that is safe, inclusive, and productive for everyone. Our policies are designed to ensure that all employees are treated with fairness, respect, and professionalism, regardless of their race, religion, national origin, gender, age, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic protected by law.

This policy serves as a guide for all employees and contractors, outlining our expectations for conduct, work schedules, benefits, and more. It is important that everyone within our organization understands and adheres to these policies to create a harmonious work environment that fosters collaboration and success.

Our commitment to maintaining a safe and inclusive workplace extends beyond our employees to include our customers, suppliers, and anyone else who interacts with our dealership. We believe that by working together, we can create a positive and productive environment that benefits everyone.

EQUAL OPPORTUNITY POLICY

City Autobahn is committed to creating a workplace free from discrimination, harassment, and retaliation for all employees and contractors.

All employees and contractors, as well as applicants for employment, will be treated fairly, equitably, and with respect, regardless of their race, religion, national origin, gender, age, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic protected by law.

SUBSTANCE ABUSE POLICIES:

We have a zero-tolerance policy for drug and alcohol use on the job.

City Autobahn values the safety, health and security of its employees and contractors. To ensure a safe, secure and healthy workplace, we have established the following policies:

Safety Procedures:

All employees and contractors must follow established safety procedures while performing their duties. They are also responsible for reporting any unsafe conditions or hazards.

Health and Wellness:

We encourage our employees and contractors to take an active role in promoting their own health and safety, and that of their co-workers. We encourage healthy lifestyle choices, and ergonomic workstations to minimize the risk of injury.

Workplace Security Policies:

The security of our workplace is a top priority. We have established procedures to secure the workplace, protect confidential information, and respond to security incidents.

Working Alone Policy:

Employees who are required to work alone must inform their supervisor and colleagues of their whereabouts and expected time of return. They must keep their mobile phone with them at all times, check in with the supervisor or colleagues periodically, and use their best judgment to ensure their own safety.

Test Drive Policy:

During test drives with clients, employees must follow established security protocols, ensure that the vehicle is in good condition, and that the client has a valid driver’s license. Employees must also inform their supervisor or colleagues of their whereabouts, expected time of return, and the route they plan to take. They must keep their mobile phone with them at all times and use their best judgment to ensure their own safety. If the employee feels uncomfortable or unsafe at any point during the test drive, they must immediately return to the dealership or seek assistance from law enforcement.

EMPLOYEE CODE of CONDUCT POLICY

City Autobahn expects all employees and contractors to maintain high standards of integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct.

Employees and contractors are expected to behave in a manner that reflects positively on the dealership and to comply with all laws and regulations.

ATTENDANCE, VACATION, and TIME-OFF POLICIES

Regular attendance is expected, but reasonable accommodations will be made for religious or medical reasons.

EMPLOYEE DISCIPLINARY ACTION POLICY

City Autobahn reserves the right to take disciplinary action against employees and contractors who violate company policies or engage in misconduct.

Discipline may include oral or written warnings, suspension, demotion, termination, or other action as deemed appropriate.

The decision to take disciplinary action will be made on a case-by-case basis and will take into account the circumstances surrounding the violation or misconduct.

EMPLOYEE COMPLAINT POLICIES:

We encourage open and constructive communication between employees and management.

If an employee has a concern or complaint, we have established procedures for them to bring it to the attention of management.

All complaints will be investigated and addressed in a timely and confidential manner.
